Give an Hour

Give an Hour's (501 c3) mission is to develop networks of skill-based volunteers capable of responding to both acute and chronic conditions prevalent within society. Since 2005, the non-profit organization has provided free mental health services to U.S. service members, veterans and their families. In 2016, Give an Hour began expanding our efforts to address the mental health needs of other at risk or underserved populations including at risk teens, survivors of gun violence, victims of human trafficking and those affected by natural and man-made disasters. Thus far, Give an Hour has donated approximately 300,000 hours of free care to those in need valued at nearly $30M.
